WHO WE ARE

Primo Contatto is a Multilingual Outsourcing Center located in Moldova and Ukraine. We offer our services to several international companies from Europe and USA. We offer high quality services.

LANGUAGES

Our operators speak more than 15 different languages, including English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Jewish, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian.

PRICE

We offer our services for a cost/hour. Price mostly depends on the number of monthly hours, languages, the length of the job and the working time you need. Our average request is usually between 4€ and 8€.

OUR HISTORY

Since 2008 we have been working for the international market providing customer service, telemarketing, events, telesales, back office, chat, email, surveys and other BPO services. 
We offer our services to several international companies from Europe and USA. Our competitive prices added to the obtained excellent results make us to be an excellent solution for those who are looking to outsource a service to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

LOCATION

Primo Contatto administration is located in Chisinau, capital of the Republic of Moldova. This location at the heart of Europe allows our European partners to reach us in 2-3 hours flight from Europeans capitals. 
Moldova and Ukraine were chosen because citizens are very skilled in speaking different languages with a neutral accent. Mostly of our operators have an university degree and have lived a part of their life in an Europe Western country due to studies or work. In addition to this, the low operational costs allow us to offer our services at a much lower price than other outsourcing European companies and give the possibilities to work in a similar time zone with Europe allow “day shift” with normal working hours, opposite to offshore providers who work with “night shift” with an increasing risks of low quality calls.

SECURITY

We are very attentive to the privacy and security of your customers’ data and, in addition being compliant with the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in regard with the Article 28 as “Processor”, in addition to the classic open space we also offer our customers the opportunity to choose private environments for the performance of their work.

FAQ

HOW QUICKLY CAN A CAMPAIGN BE LAUNCHED? It depends on the complexity. It can be 3 working days after all administration tasks are completed. It may extend to several days if it involves complex preparations and training.

DO I HAVE TO PREPARE A DATABASE? It depends on the kind of job we have to deliver. We are not a database provider but we can address you to some companies if you need it. Otherwise we can use information that we find on the web.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR A CALL CENTER? To start a new campaign we need all detailed information about the service or products, a script in you need it. If you don't have it, we can use our experience to create it by following your request and your goals.

HOW CAN I MONITOR THE RESULTS? We will send you daily/weekly/monthly reports and database extracts as we agree on the contract.

WILL I HAVE A CONTROL OVER THE PROCESS? We offer 2 different methods of work. We build together for you a dedicated team of agents that we source, hire, host and supervise in our facility. We take care of all the support, you control your team’s activities and manage performance output, remotely or by adding a team leader or project manager and QA manager to your co-sourced team. Otherwise we build your team and we take care of all the management with KPI & SLA agreements.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENTS TERMS AND REMUNERATION MODELS? We offer our services for a cost/hour. Price mostly depends on the number of monthly hours, languages, the length of the job and the working time you need. Our average request is usually between 4€ and 8€. For every new project we require an advance Payment Guarantee that will be taken out from the last invoice. Please contact us to receive a quotation.

DO YOUR AGENTS WORK FOR SEVERAL CLIENTS OR WILL THEY BE DEDICATED ONLY TO MY PROJECT? We offer both possibilities. It depends on your job request. Of course, dedicated operators have a better known of their own activities. Anyway, especially for startup, we prefer not to offer dedicated operators when the amount of job is not big yet.

WHICH CALLING NUMBER DO YOU USE? If our client is not proposing to use their own system, we can set up different solutions. Calling with an unknown numbers, calling with a client existing number or buy a virtual phone number with the country code as client request.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY HOURS THE OPERATOR REALLY WORK? All operators will be at your disposal via skype, mail or phone and you can check and call them at your convenience.

DO YOU RUN MULTILINGUAL CAMPAIGNS? Yes. We split them among the countries that we operate in to select the best language skills possible.
